Administrative Assistant (Administrative)
Process job tickets, purchase orders, and returns accurately in Dynamics.
Maintain and update project schedules, files, and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and customers to resolve issues and ensure deadlines are met.
Track additional material requests, verify accuracy against house plans, and communicate payment responsibilities.
Monitor shared mailboxes, handle inquiries, and send timely delivery notifications.
Maintain organized records, binders, and reports for ongoing projects.
Support communication through phone calls, emails, and reports as needed.
Qualifications
General knowledge of residential construction processes.
Proficiency in project management and scheduling.
Experience using Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics (preferred).
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to identify and analyze inefficiencies in processes.
Strong math and visualization skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Ability to read and comprehend architectural drawings.
