As a Sr Supply Planning Supervisor for Global Repair Services here at Honeywell PSS, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the global supply planning process. You will be accountable for developing and implementing supply plans to meet customer demand, ensuring efficient inventory management, and driving operational excellence. Your strong leadership skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams will be key in ensuring the smooth execution of the supply chain.

You will report directly to our Supply Chain Director, and you'll work out of our Charlotte NC location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company by ensuring timely and accurate supply planning, optimizing inventory levels, and driving continuous improvement in the supply chain.As a Sr Supply Planning Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead supply planning processes, optimize inventory, and ensure timely product delivery. You'll drive efficiency, reduce lead times, and improve customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Supply Chain Director, and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.YOU MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of experience in supply planning or a related field
• Strong Excel and Rapid Response skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving
• Excellent people-oriented and communication skills

WE VALUE

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
• Experience with ERP systems and supply planning software
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in supply planning
• Certification in supply chain management (APICS, CPIM, or similar)
• Finance, Planning, Business, or Procurement experience

• Drive global supply plans and forecast to meet customer repair SLA requirements
• Optimize inventory levels to ensure repair kit availability and minimize excess inventory
• Work with cross-functional teams to align supply plans with production capacity and lead times
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply planning process
