Enablement Program Manager, Field Enablement (Finance)
As part of this role, you will lead the development of comprehensive plans, define efficient processes, and drive a range of high-impact enablement events and programs designed for NVIDIA's field and partner teams. This includes end-to-end program management and execution of key enablement programs, such as virtual and in-person pre-conference enablement bootcamps (8+ throughout the year) and the partner-facing AI Advisor Workshop (2-3 workshops per week), among other on-demand enablement campaigns. Note that the content development and speakers for these programs will be supported by the appropriate content management/product marketing teams and will not be led by this role. You will work in a matrixed team of collaborators to identify enablement program needs and implement impactful experiences that help NVIDIA's teams and partners grow their business. Success in this role requires extraordinary skills in organizational and program management skills, proven ability to influence and manage key partners, as well as creativity and agility to contribute and pivot in a fast-paced environment.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 128,000 USD - 212,750 USD.
