Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for developing and managing projects to support upcoming brand product launches.
  • Review and approve copy documents on packaging across all brands. 
  • Manage Knowledge Base, responsible for recommendations and decisions on development and changes to content. Develop content in the Consumer Response System, including responses and product and package information.
  • Identify, develop, and execute continuous improvement plans.  
  • Manage group boxes, product sampling programs, unsolicited product sample handling process, and large volume bank card batch processing.  
  • Provide direction on handling tasks for unusual types of contacts through consumers at the Contact Center. 
  • Manage sensitive and difficult consumer engagements. 
  • Maintain relationships with Quality, Post Market Surveillance, Marketing, and Consumer Engagement including coordinating handling activities. 
  • Assist with other tasks and projects as needed.

  • Execute continuous improvement activities for established processes and initiate/support development of new processes.

  • Ability to prioritize, manage and organize information and projects in a timely manner. 
  • Agility to adapt to changing market or consumer behavior conditions. 

Scope:

  • This position reports to KCNA Consumer Services Lead.  
  • Responsible for Contact Center interactions, ensuring Knowledge is a resourceful tool. 
  • Has responsibility for accurately representing the voice of the consumer across all Kimberly-Clark products and brands to deliver a quality engagement with our consumers. 
  • Builds relationships and works closely with internal teams and vendor partners. 

Qualifications Required:

  • Preferred bachelor's degree with 1+ years of Contact Center or Consumer facing experience. 
  • Knowledge of traditional and social platforms. Internal and external client-facing experience with the ability to navigate and convey ideas and solutions in a succinct, fact-based manner, with an understanding of consumer behavior.

Salary Range: $78,650 - $92,970 USD

Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.

This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the role's country only. Kimberly-Clark will not provide relocation support for this role.
