Position: Director of Design Build
This position is a salaried position and reports to the VP of Operations
Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Incentive (Based on P&L Results)
We need a decisive leader to own results for our Design Build Division. Youll have full authority over sales, operations, projects, and profitability. You make decisions quickly, solve problems directly, and keep work moving under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
Own full P&L responsibility for the Design Build Division, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.Manage staffing needs in alignment with divisional budgets and growth targetsincluding hiring, training, and terminations when required.Oversee material sourcing, allocation, and logistics to ensure timely job support.Plan and execute projects, aligning labor, equipment, and material needs to meet deadlines and profitability goals.Drive division growth and margin expansion year-over-year.Monitor and analyze job costing, making adjustments to bidding, estimating, staffing, or training as necessary.Maintain a culture of safety, quality, and productivity across all worksites and facilities.
