Cabinet Assembler (Construction)

Auburn Ridge is currently seeking a Cabinet Assembler to join our team. As a Cabinet Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production process by assembling cabinets with precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Cabinet Assembly:
Utilize your expertise to assemble cabinets from pre-cut and pre-finished components.Ensure precise alignment and fitting of cabinet parts, including doors, drawers, and frames.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough inspections of assembled cabinets to ensure they meet quality standards.Address any issues or discrepancies and make necessary adjustments for optimal functionality and appearance.
Collaboration with Team:
Collaborate with the Engineering team to understand project specifications and assembly requirements.Communicate any design modifications or challenges related to cabinet assembly.

The successful candidate will possess:

Cabinet Assembly Expertise:
Proven experience in cabinet assembly or woodworking.Familiarity with a variety of assembly techniques and tools.
Attention to Detail:
Meticulous approach to assembly to ensure precision and quality.Ability to identify and address any issues during the assembly process.
Communication Skills:
Clear and effective communication with the production and engineering teams.Ability to convey assembly-related information in a friendly manner.
Collaborative Skills:
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production flow.Flexibility to adapt to design modifications and client preferences.
Educational Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.Previous experience as a cabinet assembler or in a related field is preferred.
