WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As our Product Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for the supervision and management of all parts and service processes, financials, team development, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the General Manager, discussing and monitoring goals and avenues of approach for the business. Every day you will monitor the departments' freight expenses, inventory levels, file claims, help staff the parts and service departments, scheduling training, and most importantly, ensure that our customers have an excellent experience and get what they need for their equipment. To thrive in this role, you must be a great leader and have the ability to foster good relationships with both customers and other team members.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Compensation: $98,000-$125,000/yr (Depending on Experience)
