As the Public Sector Contracts Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of Omnissa's US federal, state, and local government contracts. This role is responsible for managing contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations (including FAR, DFARS, state procurement rules, and agency-specific requirements), and maintaining accurate contract records. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, experienced in US public sector contracting, and comfortable working cross-functionally to mitigate risks and support business growth.
This role reports to our Senior Director, Deputy General Counsel of Public Sector. The Omnissa Legal Team values curiosity, exploration, and continuous learning. Primary responsibilities include:
• Contract Administration & Lifecycle Management
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, subcontracts, and modifications for public sector customers.
• Maintain accurate and complete contract documentation in Omnissa's systems.
• Track contract deliverables, milestones, and reporting requirements.
Compliance & Risk Management:
• Ensure all public sector contracts remain compliant with applicable federal, state, and local procurement laws and regulations.
• Maintain and update GSA, ESI, state, and cooperative purchasing contracts to reflect current pricing, terms, and conditions.
• Conduct periodic compliance reviews and audits of active agreements.
• Advise internal stakeholders on compliance requirements, risks, and best practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Product teams to ensure contract terms align with business objectives while mitigating risk.
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on public sector contract requirements and processes.
• Support responses to RFIs, RFPs, and other procurement opportunities.
Continuous Improvement:
• Monitor regulatory and market changes impacting public sector contracting.
• Recommend process improvements and develop tools/templates to drive efficiency and compliance.

The typical base salary range for this role across the U.S. is USD 97,950.00 - 163,250.00 USD per year. This role may also be eligible for benefits and additional compensation, such as commission, bonuses, and equity.
