Job Description Summary
The Director of HR Partnership acts as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning human resource strategies with overall business objectives by providing expert consultation on employee relations, talent management, performance management, organizational development, and compliance, while actively collaborating with line managers to address workforce needs and drive organizational success within a designated business unit. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. Maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.
What You'll Do
• Strategic Partnership: Conducts regular meetings with respective business units. Partner with business leaders to understand business goals, identify people-related challenges, and develop HR strategies to support those goals.
• Business Acumen: Maintains a deep understanding of business operations, financial metrics, and strategic planning.
• HR Consulting: Coaches and consults with leadership, providing HR guidance when appropriate. Provide expert advice on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
• Data Analysis: Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, assess effectiveness of HR programs, and inform decision-making. Partners with COEs to develop solutions, programs and policies. Uses data strategically, tracks KPIs and use them to drive performance and achieve objectives.
• Talent Management: Leads talent management cyclical programs, participates in the identification of successors and high-potential employees for development. Supports talent acquisition strategies. Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce and succession planning.
• Leadership Development: Liaises with L&D to identify and deliver appropriate programming.
• Organizational Development: Identify change management needs and partner with COE to deploy appropriate programs. Deliver employee engagement results and provide action planning and culture development support.
• Performance Management: Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching for managers and employees.
• Compensation: Supports leaders through the compensation cycle. Provides guidance to ensure that pay decisions are aligned with performance results.
• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, investigate issues, and resolve conflicts while ensuring compliance with employment laws. Appropriately escalates to ER team.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all employment laws and regulations, including policies related to discrimination, harassment, and leaves of absence.
Knowledge/Skills/Background/Experience
• 7-10 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor degree
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred but not required.

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $117,000 - $158,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.
