We're searching for a talented and driven Procurement Intern to join our team.

Your Day-to-Day:
Provide administrative and business support for procurement projects
Assist with planning and coordinating project activities to ensure deadlines are met
Monitor progress to align with project goals and objectives
Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to support project execution
Maintain documentation and track milestones for ongoing projects
Handle light administrative tasks and contribute to special assignments as needed

What You'll Bring to the Table:
Rising Junior or Senior majoring in Management or a related field
Strong problem-solving skills; able to analyze information and resolve issues promptly
Excellent interpersonal skills; maintains confidentiality and openness to new ideas
Effective oral communication; clear and persuasive in various situations; capable of group presentations and meetings
Strong written communication; skilled in editing for grammar and spelling, and interpreting numerical data
Excellent planning and organizing abilities; prioritizes tasks efficiently and develops realistic action plans
Committed to quality control; accurate and thorough with self-monitoring to ensure high standards
Adaptable to changing environments; manages competing demands and unexpected challenges with ease
Dependable and punctual; follows instructions, responds well to management, and seeks feedback for improvement
Ambitious with a strong desire to grow professionally
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
