Advanced Mfg Engineer Sr (Finance)

As a Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Sr here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize production processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Columbus, OH location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact our manufacturing operations by optimizing production processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to increased efficiency, reduced costs, and improved quality. Your expertise will help us stay at the forefront of advanced manufacturing technologies and ensure that we deliver innovative and high-quality products to our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies.
• OT Cybersecurity & malware/antivirus protection of Manufacturing equipment
• SUN (Specific Use Networking) design and setup process
• Asset Mgmt. for OT applications and mitigation of Tech Debt
• Cyber Insights and secure remote access point setup
• advanced Firewall setup & access control
• system patching
• advanced OT customer and regulatory procedures

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing.
• Experience with data analysis and statistical process control.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
