As an Assembly & Test Tech - Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for performing assembly and testing of complex electronic components and systems. Your expertise in assembly and testing processes will ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer requirements. You will report directly to our Assembly & Test Supervisor and you'll work out of our Tempe, AZ location on a work schedule.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on the production process, ensuring the efficient assembly and testing of electronic components. Your attention to detail and adherence to quality standards will contribute to the overall success of the manufacturing operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform assembly and testing of complex electronic components and systems
• Follow assembly and test procedures and work instructions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the assembly and testing process
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve assembly and test processesAs an Assembly & Test Tech - Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will assemble and test complex mechanical and electronic components, ensuring top quality and reliability. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in assembly and testing of electronic components
• Strong knowledge of assembly and test procedures and work instructions
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Attention to detail and dedication to quality

WE VALUE

• Associate's degree in Electronics or a related field
• Experience with automated assembly and test equipment
• Knowledge of IPC standards for electronic assembly
• Strong problem-solving and thoughtful skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
