The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Coor Customer Service professional you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Provide input to new product requirements and provide subject matter expertise during development cycle.
  • Provide support during the Beta and QA phase and support during and after product release.
  • Act as a technical liaison between the customer and product development, managing issues through all stages of resolution.
  • Product Engineers become the product expert for new products and help insulate the development team during initial release and for the first several months thereafter.
  • Gather data, so they can simulate and demonstrate bugs to the developers, provide details to developers on the causes of issue and make recommendations for solutions.
  • Test and document Service Patches then certify for field trial, follow field trials to gather results, then help determine release plan.
  • Validate, document, and certify new 3rd party software products integral to our products as they become available.
  • Provide advanced support to internal support teams as well as implementations and account management resources.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university and a minimum of (2) two plus years in a technical support environment in an advanced role (2nd or 3rd Tier Support) in a private, public, government or military environment

OR

High School Diploma/GED and (7) seven + years experience in a technical support environment in an advanced role (2nd or 3rd Tier Support) in a private, public, government or military environment s
AND

(2) two + years of experience of working with MS Server OS both physical hardware and VM deployments, including deploying, upgrading, and troubleshooting the environment.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy
Experience working with analytics software.
Experience with HL7 interface modification and troubleshooting.
Experience in Healthcare IT/Support (HIS or PACS/RIS Exposure a plus)

Work location: Remote-United States

Travel: May include up to 10%[domestic/international]

As a result, new employees hired for this position will be required to travel to a designated company location for on-site onboarding during their initial days of employment. Travel arrangements and related expenses will be coordinated and paid for by the company in accordance with its travel policy. Applies to new hires with a start date of October 1st 2025 or later.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $82,370 - $100,675, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
