Role

The Legal Analyst supports the Legal Department by applying and maintaining legal standards, managing administrative processes, and ensuring timely and professional service delivery. This role requires the ability to handle multiple priorities and requests in a fast-paced environment. This role will have both administrative and substantive dimensions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and provide internal and external support regarding legal matters.
  • Administer the matter management and e-billing system, including law firm setup, matter creation, and invoice entry.
  • Develop and maintain legal reports and dashboards, ensuring the availability of timely and accurate information to support legal operations and strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare legal documents and route via DocuSign.
  • Notarize legal documents.
  • Manage both physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Perform general administrative tasks: word processing, redacting, emailing, filing, mailing, copying, and scanning.
  • Sort and distribute department mail.
  • Process department invoices.
  • Develop and implement office procedures.
  • Manage departmental intranet pages and online legal libraries.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reimbursements, as required.
  • Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and set up video calls, as required.
  • Organize catering and reservations for internal events.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.

Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Required

Experience

  • 3+ years in a corporate or legal environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe (Required)
  • Familiarity with Passport, Concur, and DocuSign (Required)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Professional and friendly demeanor

Licenses & Certifications

  • Notary license or willingness to obtain within 3 months

Work Environment: This role falls into our hybrid work model, which is 2-days work from home (Monday and Friday) and 3-days in the office (Tuesday through Thursday) to optimize collaboration, relationship building and key stakeholder engagement and may require some travel as needed.

Compensation
The salary range offered for this position is $76700 - $105400 annually. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives.
