Test Engineer (Finance)
The Engineered Solutions Test Engineer is responsible for testing, validating, and troubleshooting custom-engineered marking and coding solutions to ensure they meet customer requirements and industry standards. This role involves hands-on testing, collaboration with engineering teams, and support for field service and customer acceptance testing. The Engineer will also contribute to process improvements, documentation, and training to enhance product performance and reliability.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide maintenance and repair, and software and hardware support for test fixtures.
• Assist design engineers with test and debugging of new and existing products.
• Reproduce and analyze field problems to assist design engineers in correcting the problem.
• Manufacturing test plan development
• Design, build and program automated test fixtures
• Maintain Automated test fixtures
• Assist design engineers with debugging of new products
• Production support
• Engineering support/Other duties
1.Testing and Validation of Engineered Solutions (40%)
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
• 6+ years of previous test engineering experience
• Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
• High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
• Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
• Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.
• Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
• Ability to work with and influence peers and management.
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
