Workday Financial Applications Director (Finance)
The Workday Financial Applications Director will drive the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of the Workday Financial modules in accordance with the changing needs of Vancouver Clinic. The role is responsible for delivering streamlined workflows and technological updates for Core Financials, Financial Planning (Adaptive), Project, Customer Contracts, Procurement, Inventory, Accounting Center, Prism, CLM, Strategic Sourcing and other Workday modules.
The Workday Financials Applications Director will focus on managing and optimizing the performance of the assigned resource team, ensuring alignment of the functional and technical role mix. In addition to this, the role will play a critical part in optimizing supply chain operations through Workday modules such as Procurement, Inventory Management, and Supplier Management. The director will ensure that supply chain workflows are streamlined, and data is leveraged for performance.

Benefits-eligible employees accrue PTO and Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked, totaling 120 hours in the first year for full time staff and 200 hours in the first year for full time supervisors and above, increasing in subsequent years. PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
