National Team Assistant Offensive Line Coach (Creative Design)



Position Summary: IMG Academy is seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Assistant Offensive Line Coach to join our National Team coaching staff. This role is responsible for training and developing elite high school student-athletes, ages 14–18, within one of the top-performing football programs in the country. The coach will support the overall offensive line strategy while collaborating with other position coaches, performance staff, and college placement advisors to ensure a holistic and competitive student-athlete experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, instruction, and execution of a position-specific training program for offensive linemen on the National Team.
  • Contribute to the overall offensive strategy, in collaboration with the Offensive Coordinator and Head Coach.
  • Monitor and evaluate the individual skill development of student-athletes, providing detailed feedback and coaching.
  • Serve as a mentor and educator, upholding IMG Academy's standards of character, discipline, and academic accountability.
  • Communicate regularly with student-athletes and parents/guardians regarding progress, expectations, and development.
  • Support the college placement process, advocating for student-athletes and communicating with collegiate programs.
  • Travel with the National Team for games, showcases, and international competitions as needed.
  • Participate in recruitment efforts by identifying and engaging with prospective student-athletes.
  • Uphold all IMG Academy policies and standards for safety, compliance, and ethical conduct.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head Coach or Football Director.

Qualifications:

  • Prior coaching or playing experience at the collegiate, professional, or elite high school level (offensive line preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in physical education, sports management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Deep understanding of offensive line techniques, schemes, and training methodology.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills in a high-performance environment.
  • A proven team-first mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel for games, events, and recruiting.
