POSITION SUMMARY The Contracts Administrator is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and maintaining various types of agreements. This role ensures compliance with legal and business standards while supporting internal stakeholders across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong legal acumen, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a global, cross-functional environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The statements in this job description are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by incumbents. Manage the full contract lifecycle from initiation to closure. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, amendments, and renewals. Collaborate with legal, procurement, and key business contacts to secure necessary approvals. Maintain and update ongoing and open Contracts. Track contract expiration dates and ensure timely renewals or closures. Summarize and guide contract negotiations with legal and cross functional teams. Coordinate supplier agreements and ensure alignment with existing terms. Manage lease agreements in collaboration with the GM and Controller. Own service and distribution agreements, including updates and compliance. Identify and communicate contractual risks with business executives. Language & People Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with executive-level stakeholders. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a multicultural and cross-functional team environment. Experience working with international teams (Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East). EDUCATION Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of Contract Administration or related experience;OR Associate's degree in a related field and 6+ years of relevant experience. Preferred: Additional coursework or certification in contract law, paralegal work, procurement, or supply chain management. COMPUTER SKILLS Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Working knowledge of Contract Management Systems. Familiarity with procurement and supply chain software tools. Ability to manage digital filing systems and contract tracking tools. PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS Primarily a sedentary role; must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods. Requires high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions regarding contractual commitments. WORK ENVIRONMENT Office-based or hybrid work environment. Fast-paced, deadline-driven setting with frequent collaboration across departments. May require occasional meetings across global time zones. Professional, team-oriented culture with a focus on compliance and risk management. COMPENSATION Pay Range: $70,000-$80,000/year (annualized for all non MFG positions, even if hourly) Status: Non-Exempt Please note that the salary information shown above is a general guideline only.
