Technical Project Manager - Hybrid/Corporate Campus (Cleveland, OH) (Finance)

Job Summary:

Third Federal has an opportunity for a Technical Project Manager with strong technical, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. In this role, the successful candidate will lead various Information Services (IS) projects, collaborating with associates across the organization as well as external vendors. The candidate will also provide ongoing support for applications.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage the successful delivery of data warehouse project while concurrently overseeing multiple other initiatives
  • Lead large-scale, vendor-based system implementations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, estimate, and document the scope and requirements of projects ranging from medium to high complexity
  • Develop and present business cases, create project plans, identify and procure necessary resources, define team roles, lead team meetings, and foster healthy team dynamics
  • Monitor project tasks and follow up with team members to ensure timely completion
  • Facilitate meetings and conduct needs analyses to produce requirements definitions and functional specifications, incorporating input from a broad range of business and IT stakeholders
  • Oversee all phases of assigned IT projects with minimal supervision, including planning, execution, delivery, and closure
  • Work with internal associates to implement and support solutions
  • Coordinate testing efforts with Business and IS teams
  • Identify opportunities for technological improvements and recommended solutions
  • Serve as a central point of communication for team members and project sponsors
  • Provide post-implementation support for applications and core systems
  • Create and maintain project documentation and status reports as directed by IS Management

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in IT project management
  • Successfully managed the delivery of data warehouse project over the past five years
  • Led large-scale, vendor-based system implementations
  • Willingness and ability to be the project champion for all initiatives managed
  • Strong Leadership skills needed to manage projects & project meetings
  • Knowledge of / Experience with implementation of cloud-based data warehousing concepts
  • Proven excellence in communication and organizational skills, relationship building, problem solving, flexibility and negotiation
  • Provide technical expertise with operating systems, desktop computers, networking, hardware and software to the project and know when to bring in other technical resources to the project
  • Team player instincts, understanding how to balance team members' contributions to a project with a willingness to participate and be responsible for its success
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
  • Proficiency in Visio, Word and Excel
  • Understanding of Active Directory is a plus
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet is a plus
  • Experience with relational database structures are a plus
  • Experience with OnBase, Empower, Fiserv DNA and FIS Miser are a plus
  • BA or BS in Business, Mathematics, Computer, or equivalent IS experience is a plus
