Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Role is also eligible for team based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

- Nursing degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- A minimum of three years of related experience in the healthcare field is required (inpatient, outpatient, and/or long-term care). Strong customer relationship and training skills may be considered in lieu of actual healthcare experience.
- Additional years of relevant experience can be substituted for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.
Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements
Current State RN or LPN License.

Applies existing guidelines and procedures to make decisions within Clinical Services. Uses sound judgment and experience to solve moderately complex problems based on precedent, example, reasonableness, or a combination of these.
Knowledge and Skills
Possesses extensive knowledge of healthcare applications and technology. Has a thorough understanding of the organization and senior living clinical services work environment. Has a working knowledge of community-level clinical services workflows. Possesses the ability to effectively communicate and convey knowledge with associates at varying levels of technical aptitude. Possesses superior customer relationship skills, critical thinking, ability to analyze complex data, and organizational skills. Remains up to date on all system applications and Brookdale processes and procedures.
