Fulfillment Shift Coordinator - 2nd Shift (Finance)

You will be responsible for overseeing the workflow, ensuring tasks are completed on time while optimizing productivity. As our Coordinator, you will:
- Help operations to maximize the production of quality products while minimizing costs.
- Ensure that all processes are being followed in the completion of work tasks.
- Provide instruction and guidance to employees, audit work processes, and products to confirm production specifications are met.
- Oversee operations, maintenance, as well as the purchase and stocking of supplies and raw materials.
- Maintain and update daily production records and produce reports as necessary.
- Ensure that safety procedures are followed by all employees
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a warehouse or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, safety regulations, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems or logistics software is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs to 75lbs throughout shift
- Must be comfortable standing, walking, bending, stooping, climbing, lifting throughout duration of 8 to 10-hour shift
- Temperature fluctuations match outside environment (hot outside, hot inside - cold outside, cold inside)
Pay, Shift, & Location:
Pay: $20.00/hr, plus $2.50/hr shift differential for 2 nd shift
Shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm, Monday-Friday, with overtime as needed
