HR Manager, Finance & Legal (Finance)
This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

The HR Manager will provide HR business partnership/leadership primarily for the Finance and Legal Functional Organizations. There will be exposure to significant organizational design, project management, and business transformation initiatives. You will actively engage in staffing critical leadership roles and building internal succession, organizational development, and talent management, in addition to utilizing your HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives. You will increase the overall performance of the organization by creating strong interactive partnerships with your client groups. You will support the building of a workforce that creates a competitive advantage by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent. You will drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premier Human Resources organization.
