Purpose and Scope of Job:
Primarily responsible for managing all corporate PC computers, notebooks, devices and peripherals across the entire enterprise.
Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned):
Perform troubleshooting, help desk, and repair activities for PC computers, notebooks, devices. Research and purchase new equipment/software. Plan and implement replacement rollouts. Ensure that software and hardware standards are adhered to. Ensure software license compliance across approved platforms. Assist in network troubleshooting and network projects. Must have excellent organizational skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent experience Five (5) years of experience as a PC, Service, or Repair Technician.
