Carolina Caring is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Medical Records Coordinator II to join our Serious Illness team. In this vital role, you will manage patient medical records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

Monday - Friday, 8:30-5:00.
Full-time positions offer an excellent benefit package with paid time off.
