We are looking for an Outpatient Child Therapist! The Outpatient Child Therapist is responsible for providing counseling to children 5-12 and their families. 

Responsible for providing high quality client care, displaying good skills in assessment, psycho-diagnosis, treatment planning, group and individual therapy, family therapy. Participates in all performance improvement hospital activities.

  • Conducts individual, family and group therapy utilizing evidenced based practices targeted toward clients age 5-12

  • Displays good theoretical knowledge of psychopathology and good treatment techniques for each type of therapy.

  • Completes psychosocial evaluations and other assessments on assigned patients in a timely fashion

  • Displays good interviewing, diagnostic and reporting skills

  • Functions as a client and family advocate at all times

  • Documents observations in the client's charts, reflecting implementation of the treatment plan.

  • Functions as an integral part of the treatment team
  • Masters Degree in related field from an accredited university
  • Must hold current Oklahoma LPC, LCSW, OR LMFT license

  • Must have training and experience related to clients age 5-12 such as TF-CBT, PCIT and Play Therapy

  • CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Aggression Management and Trauma Informed
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English; both verbally and in writing. Bilingual a plus
  • Basic computer knowledge
