WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Chief People Officer (CPO) is the architect of SageNet's people and culture strategy, ensuring our associates are inspired, engaged, and empowered to achieve their full potential. This executive role serves as a strategic advisor to the CEO and the senior leadership team, aligning people initiatives directly with SageNet's growth, cultural transformation, and long-term business objectives. The CPO brings energy and vision, sparking enthusiasm across the organization while shaping a culture of trusted connections.

Major duties and responsibilities:

  • Serve as the champion of SageNet's culture, embedding Trusted Connections into every aspect of the associate experience and inspiring passion for the mission at every level.
  • Lead the development of a future-ready workforce strategy, including leadership development, succession planning, and workforce analytics, ensuring the next generation of leaders is energized and prepared.
  • Build and scale programs that attract, engage, and retain top talent in competitive markets, creating an environment where associates feel proud and motivated to grow.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness, change management, and cultural alignment during times of growth, transformation, or M&A activity, serving as both strategist and catalyst for positive change. Oversee innovative and competitive total rewards strategies that balance market competitiveness with internal equity and financial considerations, while reinforcing a culture of fairness and recognition.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to the People Operations team, equipping them to deliver exceptional service to associates and leaders.
  • Foster a workplace where associates feel valued, respected, and connected, ensuring fairness, opportunity, and belonging are central to the SageNet experience.
  • Partner with executives as a business leader first, people leader second, ensuring that talent strategies accelerate growth and favorable/measurable business outcomes.

WHO YOU ARE

You are an experienced, strategic visionary people leader with a track record of aligning people and business strategies to deliver performance, growth, and cultural impact. You are passionate about people and culture, known for inspiring confidence and excitement while creating an environment where teams thrive.

Experience & Education

  • 10+ years of progressive People Ops/HR leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role (CPO, CHRO, VP Human Resources).
  • Deep business acumen and experience partnering with C-suite leaders on strategy and organizational design.
  • Proven success in leading enterprise-wide transformation, including change management, cultural evolution, and M&A integration.
  • Expertise in workforce planning, analytics, and modern HR technologies (e.g., AI, UKG, SuccessFactors, or equivalent platforms).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence; highly skilled in communication, influence, trust-building and inspiring others.
  • Known as an innovative problem solver, balancing strategic vision with practical execution.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification preferred but not required.

  • Be able to remain seated for extended periods of time
  • Regular use of hands and fingers for typing 
  • Consistent use of eyes to analyze monitoring applications, spreadsheets, ticketing systems and web on computer screen
