Rebuild Lead Technician Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Skilled Laborer to join and overseeour team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in construction andrenovation tasks, including carpentry, demolition, drywall, plumbing, flooring, painting,and general labor. In addition to technical proficiency, this role requires strongleadership abilities to coordinate projects, manage a team, and ensure high-qualityresults.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:o Supervise and mentor teams to ensure efficiency and high-quality results.o Delegate tasks, set daily goals, and monitor project progress.o Foster a positive, productive, and safe work environment.o Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors.o Train team members on tools, equipment, and best practices.o Handle crisis management and address underperformance within theteam.
Carpentry:o Perform and oversee rough and finish carpentry tasks, such as framing,trim work, and cabinetry.o Ensure accurate measurements, cutting, and assembly of materials.o Comply with building codes and advise management on required actions.
Demolition:o Lead demolition efforts while ensuring safety and environmentalcompliance.o Oversee proper debris removal and site cleanup.
Drywall and Painting:o Supervise and perform drywall installation, taping, and finishing.o Inspect repairs to ensure smooth and seamless surfaces.
o Oversee preparation and application of paint, stains, and finishes forinterior and exterior projects.

Plumbing:o Coordinate and assist with plumbing installations, maintenance, andrepairs.o Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
Flooring:o Lead the installation and repair of various flooring types, including tile,hardwood, laminate, and vinyl.o Ensure proper leveling, measurements, and finishing techniques.
General Labor and Maintenance:o Organize job site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation.o Maintain cleanliness and organization at work sites.o Perform handy-man tasks and general building maintenance.
Project Oversight:o Collaborate with supervisors to plan and execute project timelines andbudgets.o Manage professional and timely contact with clients, employees, andvendors.o Achieve superior performance levels within project scope.o Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Knowledge of:? OSHA safety regulations and construction safety practices.? Commercial building maintenance.? Industry regulations, laws, and best practices.
License and Special Requirements:? Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Physical Demands:
? Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects up to 75 lbs. andoccasionally 100 lbs.? Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, squatting, climbing, andkneeling.? Work in environments with potential exposure to hazardous substances, extremetemperatures, and construction hazards.
Working Conditions:? Outdoor work in varying temperature conditions.? Exposure to hazardous materials, noise, dust, and confined spaces.? Wear protective gear as necessary.? Work in disaster-affected areas with limited resources and comfort.
Education and Experience:? GED or High School Diploma with at least four years of experience inconstruction, maintenance, or repair.? Proven leadership experience in construction or renovation environments.? Knowledge of wood and metal structural carpentry, tools, materials, and workprocedures.
