Fulfillment Team Lead (Finance)



Job Summary:

The Fulfillment Team Lead will be responsible for serving as a subject matter expert, training specialist, and point of escalation for the Shipping, Quality Assurance and Download/Key Injection teams. Key responsibilities include ensuring productivity goals are met and providing leadership and training to staff. Other duties include but are not limited to serving as a backup for other functional areas when needed. The schedule for this role is Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm with occasional Saturday hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Working under the direction of the Distribution Supervisor, provide hands-on training and on-boarding duties to assimilate new staff to the organization.
  • Reports ongoing performance results compared to targets; recommends corrective measures when appropriate, escalates performance concerns as needed.
  • Actively participates in daily, weekly, and monthly planning processes and status meetings as appropriate including team meetings with senior supervisors. The content of the meetings includes providing metrics and progress towards performance goals.
  • Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and suggests prompt corrective action where needed or suggests alternative course of action which may be taken.
  • Works closely with the Distribution Warehouse Supervisor to promote team building activities; ensures proper training of employees within one's functional areas; fosters a cooperative working climate conducive to maximize employee morale and productivity.
  • Ensures that proper protocol and policy is followed with regard to fulfillment, download and key injection activities.
  • Is able to backfill for various functional areas of the warehouse operations to ensure customer requests are fulfilled within our SLA's.
  • Resolves escalated customer concerns and questions and documents progress as required.

Must Haves:

  • Minimum Education (or substitute experience) required :
    • Associates degree preferred, or combination of equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum Experience required:
    • Minimum 3 years of operations experience, preferably in a high-volume warehouse environment and;
    • Previous POS industry experience or knowledge is advantageous
  • Skills required:
    • Problem solving-the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfully.
    • Leadership Skills- the individual must be able to create and influence an environment that motivates; maximizes morale and productivity of staff. A positive, mature approach is a must.
    • Oral communication-the individual speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations. Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
    • Written Communication-the individual presents numerical data effectively, composes documentation for the purpose of presenting procedures and assuring clear communication with internal and external entities; is able to read and interpret written information.
    • Planning/organizing-the individual prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans. Must have knowledge of standard plans and controls.
    • Quality control-the individual demonstrates continual attention to detail ensuring accurate fulfillment
    • Adaptability-the individual adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to handle frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
    • Technical Skills - the individual must have intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office applications including the ability to create, format and interpret numerical reports.

Compensation: $23.00/hr
