Level 1 Maintenance Mechanic - 1st Shift (Finance)

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Diagnose mechanical issues and determine appropriate repairs
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and parts
- Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations
- Document maintenance and repair work accurately
- Work daily with conveyor systems, power equipment, industrial batteries, and racking systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience, educational training, or certification as a maintenance mechanic or similar role
- Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to utilize Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets for communication
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn
Work Environment
- Must be able to lift 50lbs to 75lbs throughout shift
- Must be comfortable standing, walking, bending, stooping, climbing, lifting throughout duration of 8 to 10-hour shift
- Temperature fluctuations match outside environment (hot outside, hot inside - cold outside, cold inside)

Pay, Shift, & Location
- $22.50/hr with potential for pay progressions based on performance up to $24.50/hr within first year.
- 1st Shift - 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday-Friday.
