About Avid Acceptance

We provide retail automotive financing to franchised dealerships. Our innovative program helps customers with less-than-perfect credit get a fresh start. We specialize in working with people with open and discharged Chapter 7 or 13 bankruptcies.

Vision Alignment 

This role is a direct extension of Avid's vision. The Dealer Relations Executive will embody our core values—Trust, Accountability, Compassion, and Dignity—by acting as a steward of the customer journey, even before funding begins. Dealers are our first customers, and how we treat them defines the start of every borrower's experience. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Avid Acceptance and dealer partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer values. 
  • Drive dealer engagement, loyalty, and performance through regular on-site visits, relationship management, and tailored business solutions. 
  • Educate dealers on Avid's programs, processes, and values to ensure compliance and optimize originations. 
  • Identify underperforming dealer accounts and develop strategic plans to improve performance. 
  • Partner with internal underwriting, funding, and servicing teams to ensure smooth loan processing and resolve any friction points for dealer partners. 
  • Represent Avid Acceptance at relevant trade shows, dealer meetings, and industry events. 
  • Collect and communicate market intelligence, competitive insights, and dealer feedback to leadership to drive continuous improvement. 

Required Qualifications 

  • 2+ years of experience in auto finance or dealership sales, preferably in a dealer relationship management capacity. 
  • 2+ years of experience successfully managing and growing dealer portfolios in the bankruptcy space. 
  • Strong understanding of auto loan underwriting, funding, and compliance procedures. 
  • Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Prior experience working in or directly with bankruptcy-focused finance companies. 
  • Familiarity with DealerTrack, RouteOne, or similar platforms. 
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
