Sr Demand Planning Manager, ESS (Finance)
The successful candidate will support the continuous improvement of effective and sustainable Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP, S&OP, IBP) processes across ESS, focused on demand planning. This position will ensure that demand planning is integrated with the remaining E2E planning functions, including supply planning, production planning, inventory planning, and life cycle management into a common plan. The role will focus on Sales, Inventory and Operational Planning (SIOP) with particular emphasis on Consensus Demand Planning and long-term demand planning. Supports the facilitation of the demand planning meetings, the supply planning process, the financial reconciliation and the final executive SIOP plan review. The role will be dedicated to implementing policies and procedures within the Business Units (BU's) and driving the adoption of best practices for SIOP and Demand Planning. The role will also foresee the implementation of an advanced planning tool & migration from APO in the near future.
Must be capable of translating objectives into a deliverable strategy to achieve business goals and create a competitive advantage of the product portfolio. Focusing on building a world-class team, utilizing and deploying lean techniques, driving continuous improvement activities and achievement of superior performance across all KPIs (Key Performance Initiatives).As a Senior Materials Management Manager at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the success of the materials management process and team, optimizing supply chain efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to support production schedules.YOU MUST HAVE

The annual base salary range for this position is $132,000 - 165,000 for Rosemont, IL. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
