Salary: $80,000-$85,000/year (DOE)

Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing all business office operations, including billing, collections, and resident trust accounting
- Managing Medicare, Medi-Cal, HMO, and private billing with accuracy and compliance
- Leading and training business office staff
- Working closely with the Administrator, DON, and interdisciplinary team to ensure smooth financial operations
- Staying current with regulations and reimbursement programs, including PDPM and CalAIM
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SNF billing and business office management
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal, PDPM, and CalAIM
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Experience with PCC and MatrixCare a plus
