Manufacturing Engineer (Finance)
The Manufacturing Engineer will lead the transition of new products from Development into sustained Manufacturing and support products through the lifecycle. Apply Engineering principles to analyze, develop and implement Engineering Change Orders and/or Deviations to document all changes to production process, tools or parts in accordance with GMP and ISO quality requirements.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
(From whom work is received and given, internal and external customers, supervisors, subordinates, teams, etc.)
Coordination of project activities with Program Management, Quality, Contract Manufacturer, Purchasing, Service, Marketing, Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering,
Contribute to the global ZEISS team through coordination and implementation of improvement projects with sister sites. Promote knowledge transfer and coordination for implementation of improvement projects from ZEISS global locations to local site and vice versa.

Decisions made concerning process improvements, tooling requirements and component disposition and the timeliness of new product introductions will impact the business.

Manufacturing consisting of instrument assembly, calibration and testing that complies with the FDA's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
