Business Analyst Staff- Remote (Biotech)

Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Business Analyst on our Innovations team. You will be responsible for the complete process from pre-to post-RFP phases of all proposals. Duties may include a knowledge of corporate data resources and the ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize that data to meet the proposal requirements. This position may also be responsible for coordinating across multiple departments to support proposal efforts.  

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects as a liaison between clients, subject matter experts and Information Technology Team including Development, Software Quality Assurance, Infrastructure and Release Management departments to facilitate the effective exchange of information to ensure the delivery of the highest quality software and technology solution releases to QTC customers
  • Support legacy applications with analysis of roadmap utilizing user stories to support new as well as existing core processes
  • Translate business requirements and convert to technical specification requirements including database and table structure analysis, risks and assumptions for outlined solution delivery
  • Work closely with System Architects and Developers to create and maintain clear/concise technical documentation
  • Establish strategies for deliverables for business projects to include process changes, technology changes and customer impact
  • Effectively apply QTC SDLC methodology and enforce process standards
  • Review customer medical requirements and translate them into standard Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) codes to be used by operations, Finance, Provider Management, Business Development, and Capture Management.
  • Support establishment and maintenance of pricing per CPT code and work with Provider Management on establishing provider rates.
  • Support establishment of initial Rough Order of Magnitude (‘ROM') pricing estimates of customer requirements to be used for Opportunity Interest Reviews.
  • Work on capture team to help interpret nuances in customer requirements which includes help with final pricing as well as any technical write-up around medical exam requirements.
  • Assist capture with Position to Win analysis.
  • Prepare and/or deliver presentations for Senior Management.
  • Analyst on modern technologies like AIML,  NLP and automation tools. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in Healthcare, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in a related field required.
  • Experience establishing new contracts and services for Occupational Health services.
  • Occupational event support or management such as hearing conservation or annual vaccine.
  • Experience developing and writing policy for occupational health clinic operations.
