Tiburon Hills Care Center is seeking a knowledgeable and organized Dietary Manager to oversee our dietary department on a part-time basis. If you're passionate about nutrition, compliance, and creating a positive dining experience for residents, we'd love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the dietary department
• Ensure meals meet nutritional needs and regulatory standards
• Order and manage food inventory and supplies
• Train and supervise dietary staff
• Collaborate with nursing and clinical teams to support resident care
• Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines

What We're Looking For:
✔️ Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
✔️ Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or equivalent required
✔️ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔️ Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety
✔️ A team player with a positive, resident-centered approach
