Core Responsibilities of our Production Supervisor:
Role reports to Production Superintendent.Supervise Production Department.Sets expectations and priorities for operators.Coordinate activities for team to ensure safety, quality and productivity of production.Ensure all production resources are utilized to meet expectation of department needs.Monitor work skills and certifications of operators to ensure a qualified well-trained work group.Ensuring safety, quality and productivity goals.Ability to build, inspire, motivate and mentor employees.Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent four-year college or technical school and/or 6 or more years related experience and /or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.
