The Strategic Financial Services Sales Leader position is a significant and critical leadership role at Equifax. This position will ensure the successful execution of strategy through a group of seasoned sales professionals to deliver results in a key vertical at Equifax. This position leads one of the largest and most complex teams in the division and is responsible for significant revenue generation and growth. What you'll do
Develop senior executive client relationships and overall Equifax engagement within multiple strategic financial services client accounts
Lead a complex team to effectively manage client accounts, direct and guide orchestration of other Equifax resources efficiently to further drive sales and revenue growth of a full solutions portfolio
Partner within a team that is large and complex, including multiple layers of management roles and teams
Drive the team's successful execution of revenue goals as they sell highly complex solutions in a consultative manner with buyers, decision makers, influencers and client executives
Engage directly with executive clients in partnership with and in support of the Account Executives to ensure successful outcomes
Manage a broad and diverse pipeline of clients and accounts
Guide teams in strategic sales pursuit planning, RFI/RFP response development, contracting and negotiation, account strategy development and other planning activities
Responsible for strategic planning, growth initiative development, and leading client innovation sessions
What experience you need
Bachelor's degree
15+ years of client-facing B2B sales experience working for or selling technology solutions to large strategic financial institutions
10+ years of full service banking experience, including an understanding of the regulatory/compliance environment and the competitive landscape
10+ years of experience in relationship management with a clear and proven ability to communicate and build relationships with senior level executives and connect client needs with Equifax solutions
7+ years of sales leadership experience with proven ability to manage, develop, and lead a sales team operating in a sales management function with evidence showing the achievement of sales quota
Ability to travel 30-40% (weekly)

Equifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $195,940 to $280,000. This position is also eligible for our sales incentive compensation program.
