Assistant Professor - Psychology (Finance)
Preference will be given to applicants whose research focus is on cognitive neuroscience, with a particular preference for researchers whose work complements existing CNS faculty. We are particularly interested in scholars investigating human cognition, broadly defined, using methodologies such as neuroscience techniques (e.g., EEG, fMRI), computational cognitive neuroscience, or related approaches. Computational cognitive neuroscience, for instance, involves developing and testing brain-inspired models to better understand cognitive processes like perception, memory, language, reasoning, and to inform and complement developments in artificial intelligence. Candidates may use cognitive, neuroscientific, developmental, computational, or social neuroscience methods in laboratory or applied settings.Working at USF
