Regional Project Manager (Finance)
Job Description: Coordinate and monitor simple technical projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring that technical projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Review projects, customer contact and site readiness, forecasting, interface with central engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, regional engineering, invoicing, and closeout. Work closely with the customer and internal resources to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of solutions deployed in support of project goals and objectives. Position eligible for 100% remote work, reporting to company worksite in Morrisville, NC.
Requirements: Position requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering field, and experience (2 years with Bachelor's, 0 years with Master's) in engineering project management, which must include at least some education or experience in the following skills: Project engineering of power monitoring and control systems; Reviewing project specifications and one-line diagrams; Consulting to determine system operation requirements; Assisting in the design and specification of electrical control panels; Creating system network drawings and schematics in AutoCAD; Specifying and procuring hardware and software; Bench-testing and troubleshooting of hardware and software solutions; Performing start-up services and training for commissioned systems; Developing applications per project requirements, including PLC/HMI programming; Developing field services and eco-care plans; Process improvement and automation; and Digital Power products and services, including Power Monitoring Expert (PME), metering, advance power quality meters, circuit monitors and hardware, protection relay and arc flash protection.
