As part of our bold $300 million expansion in Orlando, we are seeking a mission-driven, experienced executive to serve as Assistant Vice President (AVP), Service Line Administrator - Surgery. This role is critical to building high-performing surgical services that align with Nemours Children's commitment to Whole Child Health, innovation, academic excellence, and health equity.

About the Role
The AVP serves as the senior administrative leader for the Surgical Service Line at Nemours Children's Hospital, Florida. In close collaboration with department chairs, division chiefs, and senior leaders, this executive will guide operational and strategic initiatives across multiple surgical disciplines, including:
