Deposit Operations Representative QC (Administrative)

What you'll do:

As a Deposit Operations Team Member, your responsibilities will include completing multiple daily tasks as well as being part of projects throughout the year.

  • Review new deposit accounts

  • Review deposit maintenance

  • Review of IRA transactions and documents

  • Review and monitor exception reports

  • Review REG CC check holds

  • Review Dormant and Escheatment account activation

  • Indexing documents to customer records

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience in Deposit Operations or related field

  • General computer skills - proficiency in excel is a must

  • Must be able to multi-task and switch between projects as needed

  • Ability to work and be flexible between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday - Friday

  • Hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 at home. Schedule TBD) with the possibility of full time in office in the future.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $42,000-$55,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
