Evaluator Supervisor (Administrative)
The Evaluator Supervisor oversees all evaluations of incoming customer warranty units, customer repair and surplus buy transformers in all product families built in the service center. They must evaluate the transformer via visual inspections and electrical testing ensuring the safe, timely, and cost-effective movement of remanufactured transformers and related equipment. This role is critical in an expedited, customer-focused environment where delivery performance and regulatory compliance directly impact business success. Compliance with all safety requirements, product quality standards, and company policies are essential functions of this role.
· Manage daily transportation activities, including orders, completions, evaluation documents and interfacing with Master Schedulers on priorities when needed.

· Oversee maintenance and repair of test equipment to maintain calibration and acceptable operating standards and equipment safety.
· Coordinate with the service center leaders, transportation and schedulers as necessary to meet delivery deadlines and respond to changing priorities.
· Assist in hiring, training, and developing staff to ensure safety, performance, and service quality.
· Be able to evaluate various types of units which include internal and external visual inspections, electrical testing, and troubleshooting.
· Collect dimensions, measurements, take photos, and complete drawings to document findings for fabrication options
· Follow minimum and maximum guidelines on inventory threshold needs.
· Operate tablet to complete data collection for inventory equipment and complete evaluations.
· Partner with other departments on the results of the units after evaluation.
· Complete virtual warehouse transactions.
· Maintains internal quality standards and compliance with all safety factors.
· Provide reporting and data metrics to management.
· Ensure the team maintains a safe, clean, and orderly work area.
· Other assigned duties as needed.
