IT Chief of Staff (Finance)

SUMMARY

The IT Chief of Staff will play a critical role in the IT department, acting as a strategic advisor and operational partner to the Chief Information Officer (CIO). This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and organizational skills. The IT Chief of Staff will oversee key projects, ensure alignment with strategic goals, and facilitate efficient and effective decision making across the team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CIO and IT leadership team, providing insights and recommendations
• Oversee the planning and execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives
• Facilitate communication and collaboration within the IT department
• Coordinate and manage the IT department's daily operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring

• Lead change management initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the IT department

• Manage and mentor IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for the executive team
