Building Engineer II (Engineering)

OVERALL PURPOSE OF POSITION
This position maintains and operates large and small-scale HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, boiler systems, control systems, and support equipment. This position also responds to tenant service requests, diagnoses and repairs building mechanical, and electrical systems and works on special projects assigned by the Chief Engineer.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus in order to differentiate items such as chill water lines, condenser water lines, and the fire system.

Carr Properties is committed to providing our associates with a comprehensive and competitive pay and benefits program. The anticipated total compensation for this role is $68,000 - $77,000 based on experience. Our benefits include:
