The salary range for this position is $32.69/hr - $36.35/hrbased upon a San Francisco location. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location. POSITION SUMMARY

The Coordinator, Brand Management, NA Sales - Ole Henriksen will be responsible for assisting the Sr. Brand Managers with all 5 North America retail channels. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, ability to meet tight deadlines, and an eagerness to learn.

Please note that this role is heavily focused on account management and is not involved in marketing efforts or influencer relations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Management

  • Build and maintain a professional relationship with key retail partners through effective and timely communication.
  • Manage timelines including activation calendars, upcoming launches, and retailer deadlines, ensuring everything is submitted and executed on time.
  • Own and manage product data entry into retailer systems: navigate the systems fluently, achieve 100% accuracy, and troubleshoot issues independently.
  • Obtain retailer and product expertise, becoming the go-to for questions on owned channels (internal and external).
  • Prepare reports and analyses to be used by brand management and ad hoc projects as needed (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Lead retailer market week meeting prep (2x/yr), including invite list, product needs, gifting, and catering.

Visual Merchandising

  • Maintain and update visual merchandising (VM) assortment files and creative asset library.
  • Create and submit VM briefs and manage key timelines, being rigorous with follow-ups and providing timely and clear feedback.

Organizational Excellence

  • Coordinate meetings and recaps: scheduling, clear and concise note taking, providing actionable follow-ups.
  • Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams: VM, Marketing, Creative, Education.
  • Coordinate product samples: track, organize and distribute product to internal and external teams while aligning to appropriate budget.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, preferably 1-2 years of experience in retail, beauty or fashion.
  • A passion for the Beauty Industry is a must!
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office, including basic Excel functions (e.g. vlookup, pivot tables) and PowerPoint is required.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data submission (financial implications make this extremely important).
  • Strong organizational, time management, and independent problem-solving skills.
  • Thrives in an environment that is fast-paced and ever-changing. Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as needed.
  • Able to juggle multiple projects/deadlines while still meeting objectives.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and curiosity to learn.
  • Motivated self-starter; able to be resourceful and work independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
