Key responsibilities:

• Conduct and coordinate microbiological testing to ensure products meet strict quality standards
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for microbiological assays
• Analyze and interpret data, providing outstanding insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine root causes of microbiological issues and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Mentor and train junior team members, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative environment

Key requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Microbiology, Biology, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Proven experience in a QC microbiology role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of microbiological techniques and aseptic processes
• Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to strictly adhere to procedures and regulations
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with flawless execution
