What Success Looks Like:
Deliver excellent customer service to clients, staff, visitors, and vendors
Control access by verifying credentials and documentation
Patrol on foot/vehicle to deter incidents and ensure safety
Report hazards, breaches, or suspicious activity immediately
Respond to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies with clear, concise reporting
What You Bring:
Keen observation with strong attention to detail
Clear, professional communication skills
Physically capable for patrols and emergency response
Skilled in conflict resolution and de-escalation
Customer-focused, professional security presence
Who You Are:
At least 18 years of age or older
High school education or equivalent (GED)
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Have a solid/stable work history.
Participate in pre-employment screening process.
Security, Military, Corrections, or Law Enforcement experience is a PLUS.
Valid California BSIS Security License.
California BSIS 40-hour certificates.
Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the scheduled location regardless of public transportation shutdowns.
