Account Management Support Rep (Administrative)



Job Summary

Responsible for servicing and managing relationships with existing accounts in the Acute and Non-Acute spaces. This includes, but not limited to, hospitals, ASC's, Post-Acute clients, Physician Offices, Life Science, etc.

Job Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a book of business for existing accounts.

  • Conduct regular status meetings with customers to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies.

  • Support and work with all dedicated service managers and specialists for assigned accounts.

  • Manage pricing and service related activities.

  • Perform cross-referencing activities.

  • Create and run monthly/quarterly reports as needed.

  • Respond to escalated issues that may arise; seek additional support from management as needed.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

Computer proficiency especially in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to work with spreadsheets.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
 

Education:

Bachelor's Degree.

Work Experience:

At least 1 year of account management or sales experience.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

Background in commissioned, tangible product sales.

Experience identifying, connecting with, building consensus, and closing new business.

Ability to present multiple product lines.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$22.00 - $30.75 Hourly

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
