Lead R&D Engineer/Scientist (Finance)



As a Lead R&D Engineer/Scientist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to lead critical project groups. You will utilize your background in areas such as materials science, electronics, sensors, controls, or related fields to guide and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

You will report directly to our Director of R&D and you will work out of our Plymouth, MN location. This role is eligible for hybrid work mode, except for the first 90 days.

In this role, you will impact the development of groundbreaking technologies that address global challenges, ensuring that projects align with Honeywell's strategic goals and adhere to industry standards.

The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.

The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $190,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
