Summary
As the Culinary Director at Heritage Village of Waterville, you will lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our residents. This role is pivotal in enhancing the quality of life through nutritious and delicious meal offerings that reflect our commitment to personalized care.

In this position you will provide leadership to a dedicated team who is focused on providing quality home cooked meals to our residents in a family focused environment.
This position has a starting negotiable salary of $50,000.00
The typical schedule for this opportunity is Monday through Friday with flexible start and end times based on community need. This position is a part of the community management team and will take part in the manager on duty weekend coverage rotation.

Responsibilities
Oversee all culinary operations in the community, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.Assist with development and implement menus that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of residents.Manage kitchen staff, providing training and fostering a collaborative work environment.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and service.Monitor inventory levels and manage food costs effectively to maintain budgetary goals.Collaborate with other departments to create engaging dining experiences for residents.
